Résumé: In this chapter, we will first provide background information on how ethics were introduced in the field of school administration and then present two emerging trends in Canada. Next, we will make connections between our views on ethics and applied ethics to argue in favor of a major concept in ethics: ethical sensitivity. In light of this context, we suggest furthering this ongoing development jointly with educational leaders by showing that ethical sensitivity is a potential driver of social change.
